~ it was annoying I couldn't make the meeting, I would like to know what else was said about him when speaking in favour of the resolution.

~ what did he achieve in personal development measured against the previous year, that helps him achieve his FFX specific KPI's
~ was his KPI's discussed?
~ or was it just plain old, "rah rah rah" back slapping

But bottom line is, he has every right to buy / sell shares as he choses
~ transaction was actioned outside of "blackout periods"
~ reporting (3Y) within the ASX rules timeframe
~ he has reduced his in-specie distribution allocation, BUT I will be certainly watching if he applies for a lot of Shortfall Shares - thought pattern maybe he is just shifting funds to LLL?
~ by my calculations, he was already free carried when he sold in early May
