Don't get too far ahead with respect to dividends, as the last 2 Q's of dividend expectations did not materialize.

SA has not yet been announced as sold and thus no real idea of sold pricing or the intention of what percentage of funds will be returned to holders or when.

As for operations, the company failed to deliver on volume metrics and coal pricing has been weak - tax obligations and still an unresolved court case overhang.

At this point not so sure on any dividend let alone 15c. Sounds wonderful but hard to hear sounds with dividend deafness. Hope you are close on your prediction but skeptical on company delivering.
