Going back to the actual title of the thread - it personally leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.

Ratty gives himself a contract where he can get 5 million odd free shares on the basis of signing up non-fee paying customers. It's a joke to be honest, probably using the marketing cash to entice these free account sign ups and with bonuses etc. No need to retain these accounts or turn them into paying customers. The incentivisation structure is completely out of wack here.

Don't know how shareholders happily vote for this crap, or worse yet, don't vote at all.
