Thats a huge oversight on my behalf and abit embarrassing I won't lie.
I also stand by my original statement that escrowing this allotment of shares gives me confidence that they aren't looking to sell back into the market.
I was aware of this structure but to be honest I don't feel it's concerning personally. Albeit I agree that the performance rights should be tied to revenue generation rather than a freemium subscription basis...either way it shows me that the growth momentum is strong considering their stratergy is to target larger companies rather than the smaller ones and they stated a steady growth in conversion from freemium to paid.
I think your concerns are warranted please don't get me wrong but I personally don't beleive that managements interests are misaligned with share holders and that the coming months will be very telling... If by mid year the company has not performed the way I expect I will certainly re asses how i feel.
