More likely he saw the other 2 directors giving themselves a cash bonus and didn’t want to miss out. As a director there is nothing wrong with rewarding yourself during the company’s journey and it is not necessarily wise to wait for a lotto ticket sized win at the end!
it’s nothing to celebrate but at the same time is not an indicator of anything nafarious. If there is any selling tommorow I suspect it will be shot lived, remembering last time this happen the SP went up!
