could be many reasons, if insider trading sell off directors can get in some legal grief, but only in ASIC takes issue, or reported.
cant owe that much to ATO, ? do we know where else they have income from?
could be just cashing with prefroming rights issue had before, or options % returns at conversion..(NIL consideration paid- if folks look at announcements)
would have to know all the details and then put oneselves in their shoes to see what i/we would do ..sell or hold, borrow against shardholding value ...to acquire present cash needs like tax.. or new car..another IPO somewhere?
Still not a good look with so much more upside to come...
