The resolutions were carefully crafted. Why didn’t they withdraw them despite retail’s early No votes, probably hoping a big shareholder will approve it. Their mind would be fixated on exploring how to get those rejected performance shares. Why not if they were responsible in getting the project on board. They would normally feel entitled and consider the voters nuts.
