Maginnis got 1.5m performance shares with 500k vesting each Jan (starting 2024) if the price was 12%, 40% and 160% higher than the start date.
Price at 9th Jan23 was ~23.5c....hence 500k shares lapsed
Unclear to me where he got the additional performance awards (which seems to be what he converted today), but if they gave him ~1.4m performance shares then it seems quite generous for only having started in Jan23
