I can't imagine that they would rely on starlink (and a ketamine induced nutter) to connect major hubs (unless there are too few customers and it would not be financially viable to link those 2 locations)
the biggest issue though is not the lack of fibre cables to protect/monitor, it's the lack of any meaningful contract (this is starting to look very similar to Aura IQ)
