I'm not sure where you are seeing the sale around 5c. Looking at the 5million share volume and the 380k value, I'm seeing a price of around 7.5c. Am I missing something?
Off market trade seems to be just an agreed sale between a buyer and a seller at an agreed price. It would take place where there's a significant volume.Yeah from his last 2 purchases, Peter Cook seems to be down around 480k. With his reputation, hard to think he's not liking what he's seeing with the Titan assets.
