re: Ann: Change of Directors Interest Notice ... Haven't posted on here for a while and given recent results about time I did.

For those who are following STS I am still holding.

Recent results were ok - and I still believe STS has significant upside potential.

Can't believe they still haven't resolved the disputes over the project at the Eastern Treatment Plant and are still incurring costs in relation to this. The sooner they close this the better as for the past 2 years has eaten into company profits significantly.

Good to see director buying, however this is the level they have been buying in at over the past year or so.

Share buy back still ongoing, but to date the volume of shares repurchased is relatively insignificant.

Overall the results were as expected - would of hoped second half profit to be slightly higher. Good book of work so things are looking up. With increase in dividend am happy to hold and increase holding at or around current SP levels.
