re: Ann: Change of Director's Interest No... Your point is valid Kippax, the first paragraph of your post is spot-on-in an ideal world, we know that we don't live in one of those. Anyway, about the free/cheap shares the MD/MD still has to perform in order to 'add value' to them and I think sometimes is a better way forward than straight cash remuneration, especially with a micro-bio like ANP. He has a vested interest (as we all do as shareholders) in overseeing a successful transition from research activities to eventual commercialisation. So far, ticks and kudos from me in this regard. Some here seek perfection, well I've got news for them. That does not occur in any form in this life.
