Even well run companies raising funds for perfectly achievable expansions/acquisitions etc fall below the CR price in the vast, vast majority of cases. SAS and their "hold my beer" moments of the last 2 years will be decimated on open, which will at least give most reasonable holders the opportunity to exit with something. Unfortunately they are unlikely to get that opportunity.
