From what I have observed Meng like me and other long term holders was disgusted with the negativity surrounding the recent large share dumps and the depressed pricing that followed, so he, like me and other long-term investors decided to do something about it.
Anyone who has taken time to understand UCM direction could see the depressed pricing and negativity as a great buying opportunity - that was also was damaging our investment.
The TGA and other announcements to follow have been flagged many times by the CEO. Even "blind Freddie" could see the announcements were due at any time - but the ignorant (consumed with "navel gazing" decided to dump - and dump in the most damaging way possible - a massive dump, right on the close of trading. It is even possible that the price dump was an organized attempt to destabilize the company with a view to takeover or limiting UCM progress.
Well the dumper/dumpers came unstuck - big time! The whole event has seen the market recognize the locked up value in UCM.

Co-incidental with all this are more regulatory approvals still to come and a pending major surge in company organization, growth and opportunity. As I have said before - the speed at which this will happen is likely to surprise! The planning of this surge has been years in the making - but now it is all happening.
