The TGA and other announcements to follow have been flagged many times by the CEO. Even "blind Freddie" could see the announcements were due at any time - but the ignorant (consumed with "navel gazing" decided to dump - and dump in the most damaging way possible - a massive dump, right on the close of trading. It is even possible that the price dump was an organized attempt to destabilize the company with a view to takeover or limiting UCM progress.
Well the dumper/dumpers came unstuck - big time! The whole event has seen the market recognize the locked up value in UCM.

Co-incidental with all this are more regulatory approvals still to come and a pending major surge in company organization, growth and opportunity. As I have said before - the speed at which this will happen is likely to surprise! The planning of this surge has been years in the making - but now it is all happening.

Absolutely agree. Whoever sold their UCM stake at 12 cents, gave their shares away. Meng has a 35% profit in a week. My observation on Meng's purchase is he wouldn't have bought them on market, if he knew a future cap raising was coming. This is good news for LT shareholders. Good luck all!
