Some of Meng's staff in China have taken payment in shares, I imagine moral not too good given the share price tanked. He can only bracket creep so he is no done, so the share price performance from here will be interesting.
If it does not find other buyers the drift will set back in. And what he spent is petty cash for him, blokes loaded.
