Along the way Directors have also advanced loans to the company (and taken part repayment in shares). Plus at times Directors have taken Directors fees payment in shares.

Seems to me they've got enough skin in the game. Ford's [email protected], $47K share purchase on market isn't a big contribution to overall Directors holdings, but it's a pretty useful buy for a new Director, close to current price.

Just the way I see it, and everyone has their own perspective.
