    Yes, I havea model that predicted a greater discount. When the actual discount was not aslarge, I naturally was interested in why. In mid November, I noticed MG’s twelve Director'sInterest notices submitted since 1/1/18 and wondered whether that this may havebeen a reason. Went off the radar for a while, until VinP’s comment on MG’s recentpurchase prompted me to state my hypothesis.

    VinP’s last post rightly notedthat there had been virtually nil purchasers since October. joewolf’s up todate calculations indeed suggest that MG’s purchasers are not significant. Inhindsight, I probably should have checked the volumes and avoided some of thefuss!

    However, in view of some of the recent comments, I feel the need to note that Iquestioned whether MG’s buying had supported the price. This is a long way froma “market support structure”. And to be honest. my sexagenarian morals are notoverly wrapped in the implications of “totally spurious” and “oblique downrampat best”. Each to their opinion I guess. I’ll (literally) leave it at that.
