I am not trying to have a go at you but HC is a forum where there are many motives and not many of them are the sharing of information. I find that the posters on LIC's are a bit better than most other stocks, in fact, there are so few that post on LIC's that we get to see most.

I have made a study of LIC's as its a new area for me - I would not pay above NTA as I don't see the premium sustainable through the cycle. So I have only been into these since 2018 ( excluding SOL which I have owned for a fair time)

Whilst I don't have it in writing I am aware that some of these funds actually seem to track away from the test at month ends which leads me to believe that at times like quarters it seems that there is more support for the share. I am not sure if your month end figures track that. The only other information I can give is that when there is a badly performing investment team buying cheap is not a recipe for profit. Cut my teeth on ALF, WMK and WGF and had a steep learning curve - got out when I lost faith in the investment team.

I am a bit sensitive to the motives behind posters because you see the plays often on HC. right now you can visit the BHD and you can read the ongoing saga in one LIC.
