General wisdom is that it is, though it depends on what direction one's coming from. I have an extensive historical data base of price to NTAs which suggested GC1 would bottom out at a greater discount. Has the continual buying by MG has supported the price? What happens when he stops buying? As one who is looking to add to my holding, I'd like to see MG stop buying and the price to find to its 'natural' level, prior to my committing further funds.
