there was one huge reason the director sold also those shares and it is ....................... it was a huge opportunity to make $$$$
and if the director thinks 44c is a good price to offload i don't think it will be going up much more than this. pe ration of 15x (vary favorable) is about 30c however many loyalty option in the money at above 25c.
