My memory is that Hapgood got his allocation at the time RCG acquired Accent (then AGL) in May 2015. The shares had an escrow period of 2 years. I don't begrudge him taking some profit / converting to cash / diversifying etc but my expectation is greater transparency on this similar to that shown by PME and PSQ that both announced director selling prior to it occurring. Maybe he has now stopped but without transparency who knows?
