Completely agree SimonGr : director selling on market is generally a bad-look & hurts the SP : as you say, selling off-market into an Insto book-build via broker & then reporting to market is preferable. Frankly I was worried to see a director openly selling material quantities of shares. However, it prompted me to review the company's fundamentals - always worth doing ! There's comfort also that for each sale there's a buyer who thinks it's worth the punt !
