The problem is he has sold far more than 539,000 but the real issue is that he keeps selling On Market every time the share price peaks (which is smart logic for him) but the investment community does not appreciate it when Directors sell, it creates uncertainty in the market especially when the company refuses to release any reasons for his selling down on his holding! If you have a look thru recent valuations of Accent by the big investment companies you will note that they value our share price way above where it sits at present. Every time Hapgood sells down on his holdings our share price drops back. I personally don't have a problem if he wants to sell, good luck to him, but there are far better options for his sell off and the CEO or Chairman should announce to their shareholders whether Hapgood is going to continue to sell and if that is correct then some explanation should be given. I'm sure that the CEO and BOD's know his reasons for selling so why shouldn't the rest of us shareholders be in the same frame??? Cheers, dapper
