Hi vinn, Yes, you are partly correct however during the period 14th May thru to 26th September 2019. ie a four month period Michael Hapgood sold ON MARKET a total of 4,040,970 shares. I would feel a lot more comfortable if the board or management gave some explanation as to just what Michael Hapgood's medium to long term position is within the structure of the Accent Group. I don't care who or what company it is but in my opinion (and the market investors) it is never a good look when management or board members start selling shares in the company they represent. Finally Honesty has nothing to do with his actions, he is legally obliged to inform the market when he or any other board member sells shares in their company. Thanks for correcting me re the transfer of shares into his Super Fund, I should have read further into the ASX release. Cheers Dapper
