This is the fourth such on-market purchase by Michael O'Neill since June. Stranger things have happened, but I would not expect a director to be buying in if the outlook were grim. I just hope to see some of the speculation around Pagliabao addressed in the near future - the average investor has been fed the crumbs of crumbs in recent months.
