I own a considerable number of shares in Avita and anticipate the company will flourish as the technology gains wider, multi-purpose useage.

But for the life of me I can not understand, at this stage of the company's progression, how the CEO is remunerated to the tune of $25m/yr. He came late to the party and is just exploiting what can only be perceived as a very pliable board.

CEO's in recent years bamboozle boards and markets that they are indispensable to their company's prospects; they aren't.

Surely Avita can replace Perry with someone who is prepared to accept a more responsibly structured remuneration package and is not so willing to torpedo the share price on a regular basis.

The science, the product, the marketing and sales folks and its wider acceptance as the standard-of-care for certain burns and ailments will take care of everything else.
