His salary for 2020 is $475k. Bonus is another $415k. Stock awards is over $15m. Excuses being thrown around about the reason being for tax purposes.
If this were the case, the board has screwed up in creating a situation to incentivise the CEO to sell.
Anyway, I don't think this is the case as the CEO has broken the trend of selling when he was issued shares and is now just selling. More selling to come it seems.
Funny how we get a positive market update for just one month in the lead up to the sell down.
It will be interesting to see the results for the full quarter.
