Interesting timing, usually that would mean nothing price sensitive coming at least next few days or so. I think the preferential outcome here would be a JV investment essentially at a premium to the SP, a sopho/insto placement could scrape together some funds but still a decent lump they need to achieve. My preference would be the first although I would have a sniff at the CR terms if it was the second or both combined. Keeping the options from my con note only and not the heads due to the potential CR risk in terms of variable outcomes. GLTA
