here we have the other major shareholder Dr McBride with WG (what's the connection here. they are on the other side of the planet, and different Industries. - so assume the only connection is RNO) propping up MJ to stay, with a not crazy option price level.

normally this sort of thing would go to a vote. but these two effectively control RNO.

well. one thing for sure. they like MJ and he ain't going anywhere ..
