1. Keeps gifting himself large amounts of (non) performance shares with ridiculously low & years down the track "hurdles".
2. Never puts his own hand in his pocket to purchase any M7T shares - just takes the "freebies".
3. Cannot seem to land any decent sized new sales - all whilst high quality companies like PME are announcing massive new deals every month.
4. The financials show that the "revenue versus cost jaws" are not opening - as costs are increasing as fast or faster than revenues. Revenues actually declined last year (23/24)?
Hence the nett loss after tax last year (23/24) was horrendous - and far worse than the nett loss in the previous year (22/23).
I have been a shareholder here for quite a few years, and for management to describe last year as "transformational" in the annual report is surely them "taking the p____" out of long suffering shareholders.
Unfortunately this business promised so much, and it has delivered very little - which is a real shame
