Must say that was a pretty pathetic effort by Mike with the $16K share purchase. Not many days left this year for the two significant contracts he hinted earlier this year that would most likely come through by the end of the year. With Singapore and Trinity (double blow) gone then what is left is a couple of new logo's hopefully and the extended VA. Let's say a $15M SAAS contract is signed over 10 years i.e. $1.5M a year. Assume this all dropped to the bottom line . That's increased earnings of .00625 a share per year with 240M shares on issue. Might get a bump of 5 cents in the share price. However if they win the extended VA and could control their cost lines that is more significant i.e. $57M over 10 years. $5.7M per year , say $1.7M in extra costs , $4M per year/240M shares ......i.e. 1.6 cents eps per year. So there is significant upside if they can address their costs and win contracts.
