CM has been in this game far longer than I. My guess is he simply was happy to pay much less for shares that were 40% more a couple of days ago.
The company is now almost back to where it was, before it had 12 months of contracts being added etc. I think a broker quickly said sell after reading the report. They are in it for quick bucks only.
