The states that have reimbursement refer to map of PB first presentation on page 14. The other 4 states are indicated in this map.
I think Georgia has coverage but Pennsylvania did not get so they go into CY25 cycle. 8 out of 11 with Texas and Illinois to come.
US oncology has 20 hospital systems in Pennsylvania, potentially they can request private coverage and double that market.

Key thing to remember, 7 priority states were available for coverage Feb 24. No targeted sales approach and a lead time of 9 months that takes the first sales after November. The exception been Michigan which was own goaled just after it was announced as the first 80% coverage state with no sales personnel.

PB has set up targeted approach (started in May) and steam lined to 6 months which is October although has indicated lead could be less than 6 months.

Texas breast has 51 hospital sites and US oncology has another 249 hospital sites in Texas.

A lot of her questions from the quarterly's revolve around the rate of coverage change, so based on those questions her model is based on the speed of the coverage change, I guess Pennsylvania not getting coverage from the last 2 review cycles has somewhat upset her appetite.
