The co has some good historic results in the properties at a very low valuation.
But don;'t be fooled by those token buys. Read the Prospectus document. If not, at least search for "$0.001"
He's a founding shareholder. His cost base is near $0.001
Keep an eye on remuneration going forward also. They pay themselves in plenty of shares.
