Thanks for the inspiration, Q. I've done some research, and whilst some of the numbers might not be 100% correct, the tenet of them doesn't change.

Darren Bromley has 10m+ shares (I couldn't find further information on the 3m - 75m pre consol - rights he was issued in late 2016 but I've included them here for arguments sake. He bought 15m (600k post consol) shares in the SPP of April 2015 ($15k, the maximum allotted) and 60k shares in August this year. From his own pocket, he has purchased 660k shares costing him ~$20k which means that 94% of the shares he owns were issued to him.

Rob Towner is similar, except he has only ever bought with the 'market' on one occasion (April 2015, in the SPP).

So, both have $1m worth of shares that they've paid $20k or less for. Savvy investing, that's for sure.

As always, my sentiment is hold. I'm confident in the resource, but the timing of the cap raise and the awarding of performance shares stinks. I think I'll just watch and wait with this, and probably step back from the TEG board because it seems like any objective opinion is shouted down pretty quickly. All the best.
