So does it check out? You know, that he sold his shares for tax purposes? CEO's sell shares for tax purposes all the time and I would too. I would only be concerned if he dumped the rest of his stock.
Everyone will forget about this soon, but meanwhile it gives investors the opportunity to snap up some cheap shares.
