    Steven Fisher is the Chairman of BRG, a very well run company, whose board owns a lot of shares bought at the market.

    If TRS is to have any hope of turning around, Steven has to contribute in the areas of governance and capital allocation.

    He's leading by example and now he needs to get his colleagues to all buy TRS at the market.

    I don't mind to see him becoming the new Chairman after the AGM.
