$2.5m would be almost 5% of TRS right now. Isn't that a bit too much asking him to buy 5% of the company, especially considering that he only joined the board in June 2019 and the salary of non executive director of TRS is approximately $100k?

He's more than able to spend more if he wants, for example, in the past 3 years, he bought approximately $571k of BRG shares in multiple occasions. For the record, BRG is a company whose valuation is a lot more expensive than a "bargain" TRS at the moment.

We are talking about TRS here, a company whose financial wellbeing is not exactly that healthy right now.

We have to give it to him that his action is a lot better than the BS given by the outgoing chairman for the past 10 years!
