WTF - is the chairman Andrew Edwards asleep at the wheel again. Tim Hannon selling shares the day after the results are released. Does anyone know if he is still managing the Lucerne fund. They sold down during the blackout period before the results were released. He is not independent so maybe a conflict of interest. Who knows. Not a good look.
