If you are doing your job with integrity, you don't need those types of policies. No need to read further if you already know the story.

How good is this, 5 years to align yourself with the owner's interest.
It's the only time any of the previous directors got the timing right.
In that time, they nearly got the share price to zero. Oh dear.
In this case and to their benefit started getting shares at lowest of the lows for the 5 year period while diluted owners at the same time as was their plan to try and alleviate a board spill in 2019. That stopped the free lunch for until 2022 then they decide to take a smaller free lunch and continue to dilute.


Patel diluted with owner's funds by 300K. Only brought on market once in six years and 2 years after being employed.


Re VS comment was to see if the former board worded VS up on the policy and wondered if he would outperform AP, we will never know, but know this, why pay for 2 cancer experts when one will do, another cost saving to the owners in a short period since the last mob was cast out.
We are about to see if the former mob was using a crystal ball or doing the real work. I hope it was real work so I can give a posthumous hat tip.
