If you could prove to us that the old team would have sold truckloads of SOZOs to the same hospitals that the new guys have approached then I would agree with you. But how do you know?

The decision makers live in their own world. Do yourself a favour and watch " Diagnosis Murder ", " ER " and other similar hospital shows mostly broadcasted on one of CH10s sub channels, and you'll find out that the financial "tug-a-war" about what to buy or not isn't new at all. Theoretically SOZO should sell itself, especially when insurers save a lot in the LT, the hospitals make a small profit when tests get reimbursed and clinical staff as well patients demand it.

So, why aren't the sales coming through?

    1. Sales team too dumb to show the benefits?
    2. Sales team too lazy?
    3. Sales team selecting the wrong hospitals / states?

    or

    4. Decision makers got other priorities, reluctant to spend anything due to Trump-Uncertainty, or just because of their inability to understand the obvious advantages.

Please call the board team to discuss your points, tell them the sales team is useless and how You would do it including the millions of $$$ you would already have generated. I did and got a much better understanding of the complexity.

So, instead calling management and posters like me names and demanding huge sales, why not talking to those in charge?

Aah, no courage. Easy to complain and accuse in front of a computer than actually taking the initiative.

When criticizing others, come up with a better solution and demonstrate / prove it!
