Good question - How much money do they currently make from big pharma when a patient does get Lymphoedema (both from kickbacks and other “support”)? I don't know the numbers for that scenario, I would think if the patient, if informed will chose to go with a SOZO provider and shut down that revenue steam if indeed there is one.

Remember that if the hospitals operate the LPP correctly they make money, $600M market where the hospitals in most cases get better than half atm.
Part of IPD team monitors and assists the hospitals to ensure they do a LPP to insure the patients and stakeholder's benefit. There is a $10B problem.

2 4Cs ago there were 622 leads, these are in the 6 month window where those sales will start flowing through.
we have progressed from 1.3 SOZO per quarter for each team to 2.1, with new systems in place maybe we get a jump to 4 SOZOs per team and should be pushing 10 units per quarter and higher to achieve stated goals. I understand

We have 622 + 500 + ASoBC in this quarter, at least a 1000 lead which is a 400% increase from Q124.


I can see why whoever brought into the last CR would be pissed, with only 300 leads(me been generous with the numbers) there was never any chance of hitting the $30-50m revenue in the time frame used to justify the CR. That would mean increasing pricing from $1200 to $4500 per month in that same time frame & with the expected 95% coverage that did not eventuate. Also noting that the supposed USA crew had the contacts why was that lead number was so pitiful and why had they not hired Scot to assist in the fixing the extremely poor sales and pricing from that period.

I believe we have the right management in place to bring SOZO to the forefront and to the benefit of all.
