if IPD meets its prescribed targets then SKW will release the second trance & IPD can take that funding if they wish.
This is 3 months away. Include in this time frame if the CEO & CFO achieve their Transformation Bonus.

5 months out continued sales momentum. 26Q1.

The other item is the interest only period - inside that time frame is where the expected cash burn is gone or reduced to the extend it is longer an issue.

Highlights for me are
Director Bones from Google.
Pathway & Funding implemented to stop the cycle of CRs.
Enough coverage to achieve goals, no further reliance on the unknown policy change- note this will be a tailwind when they do change.
Looking at other avenues to partner with other organizations to further SOZO functions similar to the AstraZeneca Renal Trials (income producing rather than CR, 75M raised for Heart that achieved no discernable outcome)

Accumulate-where do you think the business will be at in 18-24 months.
