.....when i started buying ddr ~ $3 we were getting about 4c per share/quarter, so still a nice 5% yield + franking creds etc.

i topped up at $5, $7 and $10 plus the drps....

obviously now getting 13c per share/quarter is a serious yield on those shares snapped up @3-7.

not that im expecting the dividends to increase 4x in the next 3-4 years but still....company is growing, board are clearly invested, clever people in charge + some good luck.

using a market wide pull back to enter or top-up would be a good play...(maybe for a tax return or some back-pay im owed)
