As interest rates dropped through the floor DDR share price went up like a rocket,
Now the opposite is happening, so probably a reversal to mean, as opposed to shorters.
Many self funded retirees, SMSF's now looking at higher yields in cash/term deposits with no market risk.
THis leave the metrics of DDR looking great with yield and PE, and based on the last 10 years and the future growth platform things look great as an entry point.
