I don't think there are any restriction to the Dr Winlow buying shares on market between P1 finishing and results being announced, the trials are old news, they have been announced to market previously. Of course if he has seen results then he would not be allowed to buy shares !
In short: I do not believe there are any restrictions as long as he does not know the results. So announcement drops as soon as its ready IMO
I don't think there are any restriction to the Dr Winlow buying...
