    it’s insulting because of the immaterial amount spent on someone who would not be an ordinary net worth individual.

    $12.5k to me is peanuts and I am not a director on ASX100 Boards. I know it’s not peanuts to many, however it is not breaking the wallet for an executive of this calibre. I often have a criteria for directors to hold a large amount of shares or at least buy when a company becomes distressed. ANN has some serious short term issues, a director buying several hundred thousand would give me some confidence. Ie they see their turnaround plan as real.

    Look during covid… you’ll see some of the executives buying big during the distressed share prices.. AMC CEO $500k worth of AMC shares, another director similar, NAB CEO bought 50,000 NAB on market shares etc. I followed suit with my wallet. That’s leadership.
