re: Ann: Change of Director's Interest No... Someone help me out here...what am I missing.

Longfellow Nominees Pty Ltd according to the last Top 20 I posted appeared twice. Once holding position #4 with 6,008.015 shares. The second time holding position # 11 with 1,156.996 shares.

Longfellow Nominees Pty Ltd held position #9 with 2,074.550 shares. This adds up to 9,239.561 shares.

9,925,987 minus 9,239,561 = 686,426.

I'm assuming the 686,426 must have been split up across 2 accounts ( Mr Norgard's son and another one ) otherwise it would have shown up in the Top 20....correct?

I've not seen any options exercised since the 23.03.12.

Even more puzzling is the Patterson 3Y :/

According to the last top 20 I posted on 23.03.12, CP held position # 10 with 1,226,996 shares held directly. Today's 3Y says he holds 1,676,278 shares.

Arlene Paterson on the last top 20 held position #13 with 1,000,000 shares yet this 3Y states 1,256,969.

If you add the top 20 holdings together you get 2,226,996 shares held by both. If you add today's 3Y you get 2,933,247. That's a difference of 706,251 shares. So where did they come from since the 23.03.12?

What have I missed? Could the extra shares have been held by one of the nominee funds?

Can't wait to see the next top 20 if these guys have dropped off. I can't believe they have accepted the dunny paper that WNI keeps spewing forth. I wonder if they transfer them to the HK exchange as there's absolutely NO HOPE of offloading them on the ASX!
