You can bet your bottom $ Nir won't be offloading any of his escrowed stock - and he is the biggest shareholder.
Option conversion will actually put more $ in the tin providing a longer cashflow runway.
I agree with one poster who said we should do a deal with an oem to come on for say 5M US. That being said, i think the tech needs to be launched first and if oem's are smart, they wouldn't want their name mentioned for fear of competitors finding out what they are up to.
So for now, we are gridlocked awaiting newsflow.
